Carefully read these Terms of Use before using this Website. Your access to, and use of, the Website and its materials is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use this site and leave immediately.

Warranty

All our media and desktop pcs come complete with a full 1 year manufacturers warranty as standard.

If you require any information please contact us and we will be more than happy to give you any advice or technical help that you require.

Shipping and Delivery

Free delivery to UK mainland only. Please email us for pricing on any other destinations that may be required. We deliver all our pcs as soon as manufacture is complete usually between 5-7 Days as each pc is built to order and most require individual specifications.

Payment Methods

We accept all Major credit cards that Paypal support. We do not accept cheques.

Refunds & Returns

If any of our products arrive faulty or damaged you must inform us within 24hrs. Parcels must be signed as un-checked on receipt until the system is removed from the packaging and tested. We will not accept responsibility for any product that is damaged and has been signed for checked as we can not claim on the delivery insurance.

If there are any faults with your purchase while under your warranty please contact us with a detailed description of the problem. We will replace any faulty parts within the warranty period. However any tampering with the internals of the system will result in a loss of warranty.
